Do you know someone who might share your concerns about financial security? Please take a moment to introduce me.

Welcome from Lesley Day

My purpose is to help enable my clients to realize their dreams and have the financial resources to pursue them.  My role is to not only bring financial clarity to their goals, dreams and passions but help establish a financial course consistent with its achievement.

My team and I use a highly disciplined and structured approach that consists of the following steps:

Approach:   It’s the first meeting since being introduced that we meet and learn a lot about one another.  You will learn my approach to planning and my process for servicing my clients while I better understand what you’re looking for in a Financial Advisor.  If it’s a match, we move to the next step!

Discovery: The step in which most of my clients learn a little more about me, but they discover a great deal more about themselves. I will not only spend time learning of your financial details, but I will spend time helping you articulate your definition of financial security, what’s most important to you, and your financial aspirations. The foundation of your plan is your values, priorities, financial goals, and your definition of security

Planning & Analysis: Using your definition of financial security as the cornerstone of the analysis, this step is where I begin to identify the gaps and issues in your financial plan by comparing where you want to be with where you are.   You and I together will finalize the plan as I develop the recommendations and your personalized Financial Roadmap.

Implementation:  A plan is only a good one IF implemented.  The implementation step is where we implement the recommendations of your plan based on your Financial Roadmap.

Monitoring:  Based on your financial situation and Financial Roadmap, we connect at least twice a year to evaluate progress, update goals, and address the next action item on your Roadmap.  More importantly, I help you stay the course and make adjustments when your life calls for them.

My approach to the business is based upon my following core values.

  • Faith & Family:  My faith & family are the center of who I am, the driving forces of my life and the foundation of all that I do.  My clients have the same value; therefore, respect that focus in all planning and conversations.
  • Honesty/Integrity:  Having honest conversations, daring to be bold, doing what I say I’m going to do.  Having the audacity and compassion to hold myself, my clients, and my staff accountable to what we commit to, our values, and our purpose.
  • Growth:  I think it’s so important to always be growing, learning and reaching to be the person I am really suppose to be.  And the clients who choose me as their financial advisor have that same drive.
